How to track your order through The Courier Guy.


Step 1: Wait for your order status to change to "Dispatched"

  • You can check your order status under "YOUR ACCOUNT". Click here if you need help finding it. 
  • We'll also email you updates throughout the entire process. 


Step 2: Check your email for your Waybill Number

  • Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a waybill from The Courier Guy. This waybill will contain your unique tracking number. (It should look something like this: "TCG12345678").


Step 3: Enter your waybill number on The Courier Guy's Tracking Portal. 

  • Click here to access the portal.
  • Enter your waybill number and click "Find Parcel"
  • At the bottom of the page under the "Events" section you'll be able to see where your package is in the shipping process. The package will be collected from the "Origin Address" which is Rebel Tech / Bifrost Distribution, thereafter it will go between 1-2 of The Courier Guy's hubs referred to as a "Facility" before then being "Dispatched" to the address you specified.
